The Komatsu PC450-8 excavator, with its outstanding fuel economy, powerful performance, high reliability and intelligent configuration, is widely used in large-scale earthwork projects, mining, infrastructure construction and other fields, and is a benchmark product in the 45-ton excavator market.
1. Excellent fuel economy
The PC450-8 adopts a new type of engine and an intelligent power control system, with a combined fuel consumption of approximately 43L per hour, significantly reducing fuel consumption compared to the previous model. Its high-pressure common rail fuel injection system can precisely control combustion, improve fuel efficiency, and at the same time meet the National III/EU Stage V emission standards, with excellent environmental protection performance.
2. Strong operational performance
It is equipped with a large heavy-duty operation specification bucket, with a bucket digging force of 278kN, a bucket rod digging force of 233kN, a maximum digging depth of 7790mm, and a maximum digging height of 10925mm. The maximum flow rate of the main pump in the hydraulic system is 690L/min, with a rotational speed of 9.1rpm and a maximum traveling speed of 5.5km/h. It can efficiently complete heavy tasks such as large-scale earthwork projects and mining operations.
3. High reliability and durability
The variable gauge chassis design is adopted to enhance the operational stability of the equipment. The key structural components have been strengthened, and the X-shaped box-shaped cross-section vehicle body has excellent anti-twist ability. Equipped with high-performance filter materials and high-pressure series filter elements, it extends the replacement time of engine oil and filter elements and reduces the maintenance frequency. The equipment management and monitoring system can effectively manage the operating status of machines and reduce the occurrence of faults.
4. Comfortable and safe operating environment
The cab adopts a new tubular structure design, which is of high strength and offers a wide field of vision. Equipped with a suspended seat and a humanized operation device, the operation handle is ergonomically designed to reduce operator fatigue. Safety configurations include anti-slip plates with steel protrusions, hydraulic lock rods to prevent misoperation, large handrails, etc., to ensure operational safety.
