The SANY SY365H is a 36.5-ton heavy-duty mining excavator. Its core advantages include powerful engine, efficient hydraulic system, durable structure, intelligent energy-saving features, convenient maintenance, and suitability for mining operations. It is compatible with mining sites, large-scale infrastructure projects, and earthwork and stone excavation tasks.
1. Power and Operating Capacity
The Isuzu 6HK1 engine is specially tailored for three-point operation. It features high-pressure common rail fuel injection, ensuring stable power output. The maximum digging depth is 7040mm and the maximum unloading height is 6660mm. It meets the heavy-duty requirements for loading and crushing in mines, and the crushing hammer pipeline is standardly equipped, suitable for various working conditions. 
2.Energy Saving and Hydraulic System
The DMOS dynamic optimization control system enables precise matching between the engine and the pump valves. The flow control of the positive-flow hydraulic system is accurate. The main pump displacement has been upgraded, resulting in faster operation, lower pressure loss, reduced overall fuel consumption, and significant improvement in operational efficiency.
3.Durability and Maintenance
The reinforced boom, bucket arm and chassis are designed to withstand harsh mining conditions; the three filters are centrally arranged, the radiator is easy to clean, the hydraulic oil filter replacement cycle is long, which reduces maintenance costs and enhances the overall reliability of the machine. 
4. Intelligence and Driving Experience
The C12 cab has improved sealing performance, with low noise and vibration. The 10-inch intelligent touch screen integrates multiple functions and is easy to operate. Dual cameras eliminate blind spots, making the operation safer. The intelligent networking system can monitor the equipment status in real time. 
5. Environmental Protection and Adaptation to Scenarios
The total weight of the machine is approximately 36 tons, with a moderate ground contact pressure. It is suitable for mines and large-scale earthwork projects. The transportation size is compact, and the transfer is flexible. The Euro IV emission standard is compatible with the environmental protection requirements of multiple regions.
