The Hitachi ZX120 excavator (a 12-ton small-sized excavator) is mainly applied in the following fields: municipal engineering, pipeline laying, road maintenance, landscaping, construction sites, foundation excavation, earth transportation, site leveling, farmland irrigation, ditch excavation, land consolidation, rental market, equipment leasing, and small-scale project contracting.
1.Efficient power system
Equipped with the Isuzu 4JJ1X engine, with a rated power of approximately 66kW, it adopts high-pressure common rail fuel injection technology, featuring high low-speed torque and sensitive power response. In 12-ton products, it has sufficient power reserve, good coordination of compound actions, smooth connection of digging, rotating, and walking movements, and outstanding performance in operation efficiency.
2. Precise Hydraulic Control
Equipped with the HIOS III hydraulic system, the main pump flow control is precise, the control force feedback of the operating lever is moderate, and the micro-motion operation performance is excellent. The standard feature includes an automatic idle function, which automatically reduces the engine speed when in standby mode, balancing energy conservation and operational convenience.
3. Excavation Force Performance
The digging force of the bucket can reach over 90 kN, and the digging force of the boom is approximately 65 kN. In products of the same tonnage, the excavation force parameters are at a medium to upper level, capable of handling common construction scenarios such as earthwork and municipal engineering.
4. Quality of Key Components
The core components such as the engine, hydraulic pump, and motor are made with products from well-established brands, resulting in a relatively low failure rate. The hydraulic system has high filtration accuracy and strict control over the cleanliness of the oil, and the performance does not significantly deteriorate over a long period of use. .
