Hitachi ZX240 excavator (a 24-ton medium-sized excavator) is applicable in scenarios such as construction sites, mining, road construction, and farmland renovation for medium-sized earthwork projects. It is particularly suitable for working conditions that require continuous and high-intensity operations.
1.Key component quality
We adopt engines from well-established brands such as Isuzu (such as the 4HK1X series), with a rated power of 132-135 kW. The power output is stable, and the lifespan of key components is long. The hydraulic system and transmission system have undergone strict testing, resulting in a relatively low failure rate. They perform well under continuous high-intensity working conditions.
2. Structural Strength
The vehicle body adopts an X-shaped frame structure. The upper and lower panels are formed by bending a single piece of sheet metal, reducing the number of welding points and enhancing the overall strength and torsional rigidity. The rotating frame is of box-type structure, which is durable. The crawler plates are made of induction-hardened rolled alloy, and the connecting pins undergo heat treatment, ensuring good wear resistance.
3. Energy-saving Technology
Equipped with automatic acceleration function (A/A) and automatic idle function (A/I), it can automatically reduce fuel consumption during light-load operations such as on flat and precise terrain, as well as during waiting conditions. The power mode can be selected (H/P strong mode, P power mode, E economy mode), and fuel consumption can be optimized according to the operation content.
4 Fuel Consumption Performance
The fuel consumption per 100 hours is approximately 18-22 liters (depending on the operating conditions). Compared with products in the same category, this model has a relatively outstanding fuel economy, and the long-term usage cost is controllable.
5. Control Performance
The hydraulic system responds sensitively, the control lever is precise, and the coordination of combined actions is excellent. A multi-functional monitor is equipped, which can display real-time working parameters and makes operation convenient.
