1.Load-bearing capacity matching
Rated load capacity is 5 tons. In scenarios such as heavy-load transportation of steel, heavy equipment, and containers, the efficiency of a single operation is significantly improved. The frame and mast components have been strengthened, ensuring good vehicle stability during heavy-load stacking and transportation, and the safety meets international standards.
2. Quality of Key Components
We use engines produced by Komatsu (such as the SAA4D95LE series) or well-established brands. The key components such as the hydraulic system and transmission system have undergone rigorous testing, resulting in a relatively low failure rate. The overall design life of the machine is long, and it performs well under heavy-load continuous operation conditions.
3. Engine Performance
Power: 60 - 65 kW. High low-speed torque. Full-load climbing ability ≥ 20%. The power output is stable under complex conditions such as slopes and uneven road surfaces. The engine has good matching with the transmission system, with quick acceleration response and excellent performance for heavy-load starting.
4. Maintenance Period
The maintenance period is approximately 200-250 hours. The daily maintenance tasks are relatively simple. The engine hood can be opened at a large angle, and the key components are well-arranged, making inspection, maintenance and repair relatively convenient.
5. Fuel Economy
By adopting electronic fuel injection technology, the fuel economy performance of this 5-ton heavy-duty forklift is relatively good. The fuel consumption per 100 kilometers is approximately 12-15 liters (depending on the operating conditions).
