The CAT140K scraper is a medium-sized scraper produced by Caterpillar. The total weight of the machine is approximately 17.3 tons. It is equipped with a Cat C7 ACERT engine with a rated power of 128 kW. The width of the bucket is 3.7 meters and the maximum digging depth is 735 millimeters. It is the main model used for road construction and land leveling operations.

Equipped with the Cat C7 ACERT engine, with a rated power of 128kW at 2000rpm and a maximum torque of 996N·m, it complies with Tier 3/Stage IIIA emission standards. The engine is perfectly matched with the power-shift transmission, providing sufficient power output.
2. Efficient operation
The width of the shovel is 3.7 meters, the maximum digging force is 180 kN, and the lifting height of the shovel is 480 millimeters. The operation time of the three working devices is short and the operation efficiency is high. The load-sensing hydraulic system can automatically adjust the flow according to the working conditions, reducing the loss of overflow.
3. Comfortable operation
The cab adopts a hexagonal design, providing a wide field of vision. It is equipped with a heating and cooling air conditioning system. Electric control for the accelerator and brake pedals, with precise and convenient operation. An AccuGrade slope control system can be optionally installed to achieve centimeter-level leveling accuracy.
4. Convenient Maintenance
The lubrication points are centrally arranged, and the diesel filter and air filter are designed on the same side, making daily maintenance easy. The large opening side cover facilitates maintenance and repair. The electrical system adopts waterproof and dustproof design, with a high level of protection.
5. Robust structure
The front and rear frames adopt a plate structure. The overall center of gravity of the machine is well distributed, ensuring good stability during operation. Key parts such as the boom and the arm are reinforced with thick metal plates, meeting the requirements of harsh working conditions.
