The SHANTUI SD22 bulldozer is a 22-ton medium-sized crawler-type bulldozer produced by Shantui Construction Machinery Co., Ltd. The total working weight of the machine is 23,450 kg. It is equipped with a WP12/QSNT-C235 electronically controlled engine with a rated power of 175 kW at 1800 rpm. The bucket capacity is 6.4 m³. It is the main model in Shantui's bulldozer series and is widely used in earthwork and stonework projects such as highways, railways, and airports.
1.Strong Power Core
Equipped with WP12/QSNT-C235 electronically controlled engine, it meets the national non-road machinery emission standards of Stage III. It has strong power, is energy-efficient, and has low maintenance costs. The torque reserve coefficient is large, with the rated power reaching 175kW. It adopts a radial sealed intake system, effectively extending the engine's service life.
2. Efficient Transmission System
The transmission system is perfectly matched with the engine curve, with a wider efficient range and higher transmission efficiency. The transmission system is independently developed by Sanpushi, having withstood market tests for a long time, with stable performance and reliable quality.
3. Powerful digging capability
The bucket capacity is 6.4 cubic meters (straight bucket), with a maximum digging force of 180 kN, a maximum cutting depth of 540mm, and a maximum lifting height of 1210mm. It is equipped with various working devices such as straight bucket, angle bucket, U-shaped bucket, semi-U-shaped bucket, coal pushing bucket, rock bucket, and sanitation bucket, and has strong adaptability for operations.
4. Stable walking performance
The ground contact length of the tracks is 2730mm, the width of the track plates is 560/610/660mm, the ground pressure is 66kPa, the vehicle moves smoothly and has good maneuverability. The forward speed in three gears is 0-3.6/6.5/11.2km/h, the backward speed in three gears is 0-4.3/7.7/13.2km/h, and the operational efficiency is high.
5. Easy Maintenance Design
. The lubrication points are centrally arranged, and the diesel filter and air filter are centrally placed on the same side of the engine, making daily maintenance and servicing more convenient. The open large-space side cover facilitates maintenance and servicing. The fuel filter and air filter are designed on the same side, enabling one-stop maintenance and servicing.
6. Rapid Maintenance
The lubrication points for key components such as the fan shaft and balance beam are clearly indicated, making maintenance more convenient. The electrical wiring is protected by flexible tubes and divided by splitters, with a high level of protection and a high safety protection level.
