The LIUGONG 856H wheeled loader is mainly used for loading, transporting, unloading and moving soil and stone materials in a loose state. It can also perform light excavation on rocks and hard soil. It is widely applied in general working conditions such as mining, earthwork and rock excavation projects, sand and gravel yards and material depots, port and dock transportation, as well as extreme conditions such as low temperatures and high altitudes.
1. Power System
Equipped with a Cummins 6LTAA9.3 engine, featuring turbocharging and air-to-air cooling technology, it offers powerful performance. The engine is optimally matched with the torque converter, and is equipped with three power control modes for heavy load, medium load, and light load. Users can choose the mode according to the working conditions to achieve a balance between efficiency and fuel consumption.
2. Hydraulic System
A variable displacement hydraulic system is adopted, which can save 12% - 15% of fuel compared to a fixed displacement system. In the case of operating the steering gear independently, the steering hydraulic system becomes a load-sensitive hydraulic system. The variable piston pump can output the corresponding hydraulic oil according to the speed of the steering wheel rotation, avoiding the loss caused by excessive oil volume. When operating the working device, the working pump is a fixed displacement pump, and the steering pump is a constant pressure variable pump, significantly reducing the loss of high-pressure overflow.
3. Transmission System
Utilizing ZF technology, it is equipped with ZFAP3000 wet-type axle, reinforced chassis and main transmission system. The carrying capacity has increased by 40% compared to before, and the average lifespan has increased by 250%. The ZF4WG200 transmission is effectively integrated with the machine to achieve the optimal power output. The automatic gear-shifting transmission with downshift function and the electro-hydraulic proportional FNR lever make the operation more convenient.
4. Durable and Reliable
The structural components of the entire machine have undergone finite element optimization design. After 200,000 fatigue strengthening tests, it has strong load-bearing capacity, high strength, and good stability. The front and rear frames adopt plate structure, and the overall center of gravity distribution is reasonable. The long wheelbase is 3320mm, and the weight is increased for design, ensuring good stability during operation.
5. Cooling System
It adopts an ultra-large heat dissipation grille design and a single-layer parallel-mounted radiator with patented technology, providing a guarantee for the entire machine during high-load operation. The radiator is equipped with full parallel connection, full suspension and intelligent temperature control design, and the working environment temperature can reach 50℃.
