The SDLG956L loader is a 5-ton wheeled loader produced by Shandong Lin工. With its powerful engine， comfortable operation and convenient maintenance， it is widely used in construction sites， sand and gravel plants， mining operations， urban construction and other scenarios.
1.Powerful engine system
Equipped with a 162kW engine, with a maximum torque of 1060N·m and a rated power of 162kW at 2200rpm. It provides sufficient power output to meet the demands of various complex working conditions. The engine adopts a low-speed design and is perfectly matched with an efficient large-capacity torque converter, achieving an overall energy saving of over 10%.
2. Efficient Hydraulic System
This system adopts dual pump combined hydraulic technology, featuring high system pressure and large flow rate. It enables rapid lifting and significantly improves the efficiency. The working device has been optimally designed, with a large digging force and a high loading coefficient of the bucket. It can handle high loads and perform operations quickly even in situations requiring heavy lifting or at elevated heights.
3. Powerful digging force
The maximum lifting force is 180 kN, the digging force is 18.3 tons, the ground lifting force is 16.3 tons. It is equipped with a rock bucket with a high-strength and wear-resistant main blade plate. The bottom and rear wall of the bucket are reinforced according to the digging conditions. It adopts a welded insert-type bucket teeth, providing better performance in mining.
4. Flexible operation range
The working capacity of the entire machine is 17,000 - 17,250 kg, the bucket capacity is 2.5 - 4.5 m³, the maximum unloading height is 3,180 - 3,700 mm, and the corresponding unloading distance is 1,090 - 1,160 mm. This can meet the unloading requirements of different heights. The three operations and time are ≤ 11 seconds, with high operational efficiency.
5. Robust and durable structure
The structural components of the entire machine have undergone finite element optimization design. After 200,000 fatigue strengthening tests, it has strong load-bearing capacity, high strength, and good stability. The front and rear frames adopt plate structures, and the overall center of gravity distribution is reasonable. The long wheelbase and increased weight design ensure good stability during operation.
6. Enhanced Drive Axle
We have selected the Linke 5-ton enhanced drive axle, which has a large bearing capacity and high reliability. The load distribution of the front and rear axles is reasonable, and the overall vehicle stability is high. The transmission shaft is placed in the middle, and the structure is evenly stressed, with a stronger load-bearing capacity.
