The Volvo EC350DL excavator, as a 35-ton heavy-duty excavator, with its outstanding performance and advanced technology, thanks to its powerful engine, efficient energy conservation, durability and comfortable operation, has become an ideal choice in fields such as mining, construction, and earthwork engineering.
1. Power System Advantages
Powerful D8 Engine: Equipped with Volvo D8K engine, with a rated power of 210kW at 1800rpm, maximum torque of 1340-1350N·m, displacement of 7.8L, 6-cylinder configuration. This engine features electronic control high-pressure fuel injectors, turbocharger, and air-to-air intercooler, ensuring powerful performance and excellent fuel economy.
2. Advanced hydraulic system
This system adopts a new electro-hydraulic system and main control valve, equipped with intelligent technology to control the flow rate, reducing energy loss in the hydraulic circuit. The maximum flow rate of the hydraulic system is 2×288L/min, the working pressure is 33.3 - 36.3MPa, the turning torque is 126Nm, providing precise control performance.
3. Fuel Economy
ECO Mode Technology: Volvo's unique ECO mode can increase the overall fuel efficiency by approximately 5%. It saves power through electronic control of the hydraulic pump, maintaining the digging force while reducing flow losses. Compared to the traditional mechanically coupled hydraulic system, fuel efficiency can be improved by approximately 22%.
4. Operating Performance
High digging force: The bucket digging force is 177kN, the boom digging force is 187kN, the maximum traction force is 261kN. It is capable of handling heavy tasks such as digging hard rocks or undertaking large-scale earthwork projects. The bucket capacity is 1 - 2.53m³, the rotation speed is 10.3rpm, the traveling speed is 5.1/3.3km/h, and the maximum digging depth is 6880mm. This ensures a faster operation cycle time.
5. Operational Comfort
User-friendly cab: The cab is designed with the D series, equipped with a 14-outlet air conditioning control system, ergonomic seats with adjustable settings, and adjustable lowering speed of the upper arm to reduce arm tremors and make operation more stable.
