The Volvo EC200 excavator, as a 20-ton medium-sized crawler excavator, excels in fuel efficiency, operational performance and operational comfort. It is specifically designed for medium-sized construction scenarios.

1.Fuel Economy
Equipped with the Volvo D4J engine with a rated power of 115kW, combined with the intelligent electronic control hydraulic system and ECO mode, the fuel efficiency has increased by approximately 10% compared to the previous generation. The engine's automatic idle and shutdown functions further reduce fuel consumption. The operation modes include I (idle), F (fine), G (normal), H (heavy) and P (power), with five options available.
2. Powerful Performance
The digging force of the bucket is 123 kN, the digging force of the small arm is 89 kN, and the maximum digging depth is 6,744 mm. A large arm rotation priority valve is equipped, enhancing the control performance, making it an ideal choice for truck loading. The bucket size has increased by 5%, further improving productivity.
3. Comfortable and Safe
Equipped with a ROPS-certified cab, it features ergonomic design, including a suspended seat, 14 air conditioning outlets, and a color LCD monitor. An optional rearview camera is available for a comprehensive view. The cab is low in noise and vibration, ensuring comfortable operation.
4.Easy maintenance
The maintenance period is long. The interval for hydraulic oil replacement is 5,000 hours, and the interval for hydraulic oil filter replacement is 2,500 hours. The lubrication points are centrally designed, making daily maintenance simple and significantly extending the normal operating time.
