The Volvo EC300 excavator is a 30-ton heavy-duty crawler-type excavator, which excels in fuel efficiency, operational performance and operator comfort.
1.Fuel Economy
Equipped with the Volvo D8M engine, the rated speed has been reduced from 1800 rpm to 1600 rpm. Combined with the new generation of intelligent electronic hydraulic system, the fuel efficiency has increased by approximately 10%. The ECO mode can further reduce fuel consumption. The engine's automatic idle and shutdown functions can also minimize unnecessary fuel consumption.
2. Powerful Performance
Total power: 189kW. Bucket digging force: 165-179kN. Small arm digging force: 145-158kN. Maximum digging depth: 7,040mm. The electric handle and fully electric walking pedals shorten the response time, and the arm/lifting priority function enhances the controllability.
3. Comfortable and Safe
Equipped with a ROPS-certified cab, a three-point contact method on the right side for getting on the vehicle, and a metal anti-slip board design. Optional rearview camera and panoramic camera devices are available to provide a 360-degree view. The cab is spacious and comfortable, with an ergonomic design.
4. Intelligent Control
Volvo's active control technology enables the automation of the boom and bucket movements. The operation can commence by setting the slope on a 10-inch display, and all controls are achieved using a single handle. The auxiliary excavation system supports 2D, 3D design and on-board weighing functions.
