CAT349D2L is a 49-ton heavy crawler excavator by Caterpillar. Equipped with the C13 ACERT engine and a large-flow hydraulic system, the entire machine features a reinforced heavy-load design. It is mainly used for large-scale mines, stone excavation, heavy-load infrastructure construction, etc., and is renowned for its high production capacity, high stability and low fuel consumption.
1.Powerful and efficient for heavy loads
The C13 ACERT engine has a power output of up to 301kW (403hp). The hydraulic system has a large flow rate and strong digging force, combined with a large-capacity bucket (up to 3.4m³), the efficiency of loading in mines and excavation of hard soil is significantly superior.
2. Energy-efficient and low operating costs
Standard equipped with intelligent economy mode, compared to the previous generation, it can save up to 9% of fuel; ADEM A4 electronic control system precisely controls fuel injection, ensuring more complete combustion, and the fuel cost advantage is particularly significant for long-term heavy-duty operations.
3. Mine-grade durability, robust structure
X-shaped box-type main frame, thickened boom/dump stick, high-stress areas reinforced with thick plates + castings + forgings; chassis widened and lengthened, high ground clearance, resistant to impact and wear, long service life in harsh conditions.
4. Stable and safe, convenient maintenance
The entire machine weighs approximately 48 tons. The counterweight is reasonable and the contact area is large, ensuring good stability for heavy-load lifting and side hoisting. The maintenance points are concentrated, the filter element replacement cycle is long, and there is an abundance of global spare parts, reducing downtime.
