The total weight of the entire machine is 30.22 tons. The standard bucket capacity ranges from 1.45 to 1.6 cubic meters. It is equipped with the domestically developed DL08 six-cylinder turbocharged engine. It is mainly used for large-scale earthwork, mining stone crushing, infrastructure crushing, and earth and stone transportation. It is a 30-ton heavy-duty Korean-type excavator.
1 DL08 Original Factory High-Power Engine
Rated power: 159kW at 1900rpm. Large displacement, low speed, high torque. It can climb heavy loads, break through hard soil and crush stones without losing speed. It has strong adaptability to oil quality and is unlikely to suffer from high-temperature faults even when operating continuously for a long time in hot and open mining areas.
2. Dual Intelligent Fuel-saving Control System
EPOS electronic control matching + SPC intelligent energy-saving dual technology, providing heavy load/standard/economy multi-speed power modes. The engine and hydraulic pump are matched in real time according to the load. Compared with similar models, the overall fuel consumption is reduced by 10% - 15%, resulting in lower daily fuel costs.
3. Extra-large fuel tank
A 500L large-capacity fuel tank ensures long-lasting operation. No need to frequently refuel during intense construction, reducing downtime and waiting time.
4. High-strength and thickened working device
The boom and bucket are made of thickened wear-resistant steel plates. The pins and bushings are hardened for enhanced strength. They are less likely to crack or deform even under long-term crushing of stones and heavy-load lifting; the factory-prepared thickened wear-resistant bucket is suitable for mining conditions and does not require frequent reinforcement or welding repairs.
