Hyundai R210W-9 is a 21-ton class Korean classic wheel excavator. It is equipped with the original Cummins engine and HPI intelligent hydraulic system. It can be moved on the road without a trailer, and its maneuverability far exceeds that of crawler excavators. It is mainly used for municipal road construction, pipeline construction, and scattered earth and stone work in urban and rural areas. The entire machine is durable, fuel-efficient, and has sensitive operation. The accessories have high cost-effectiveness. Second-hand overseas units sell quickly and have outstanding cost performance. It is the main model for the export market of wheel excavators.
1.Cummins six-cylinder power, powerful and fuel-efficient with low failure rate
Equipped with Cummins B5.9-C turbocharged engine, with 124kW output torque, it provides abundant power for heavy-duty earthmoving operations and is less likely to stall or lose speed under heavy load. The electronic fuel injection system optimizes fuel consumption, resulting in lower fuel costs for long-term municipal scattered work. The engine is mature and durable, with a low frequency of major repairs.
2.HPI is equipped with load-sensing hydraulic system, featuring smooth operation and sufficient digging force.
CAPO is a computerized power-matching system, with hydraulic oil supply on demand. The combined actions are coherent and smooth, with precise fine movements. The bucket has strong digging force and is standardly equipped with a variable capacity bucket, which enables high efficiency in loading sand and gravel and excavation of trenches.
3.The wheeled chassis moves at high speed and can cross construction sites without the need for trailer transportation.
The maximum speed is 35 km/h. It can autonomously undertake long-distance transfer on paved roads, eliminating the costs of trailer transportation and waiting time. It can flexibly navigate through urban streets and rural roads, and is highly adaptable for municipal emergency repairs and scattered projects.
4.With the dual functions of outriggers and pusher shovel, the stability of the operation is excellent.
Standardly equipped with four outriggers and a front pusher shovel, it can firmly support the entire vehicle when it lands, ensuring no wobbling or sagging on soft ground. The widened heavy-duty axle and wear-resistant tires enhance its ability to pass through muddy roads and gravel surfaces and have outstanding load-bearing capacity.
