Doosan DX225LCA is a 21.5-ton mainstream medium-sized excavator, equipped with Doosan's original DB58 engine and E-EPOS intelligent electronic hydraulic control system. It is characterized by fuel efficiency, durability, balanced operation, and is suitable for various scenarios such as municipal road construction, earthwork infrastructure, and small-scale quarrying. It has low maintenance costs, a large global inventory, and stable resale value for second-hand units, making it a high-performance and cost-effective main model in the 22-ton category.
1.Original self-developed power system, stable power output and low fuel consumption
Equipped with Doosan DB58 direct injection engine, with a rated power output of 110kW, it has sufficient power reserve for soil layer and soft rock operations. Combined with the intelligent power control system, it can adapt to multiple working conditions and control fuel supply automatically. Compared with models of the same tonnage and level, it has lower fuel consumption during long-term construction.
2.E-EPOS intelligent hydraulic system, smooth and efficient operation
Equipped with an electronically controlled load-sensing hydraulic system, the compound actions are seamless without causing vehicle congestion. The digging, rotation, and retraction functions work in harmony smoothly. The digging force is powerful, with a standard bucket capacity of 0.92 cubic meters. The cycle speed for loading earth and transporting it is fast, and the daily engineering operation efficiency is outstanding.
3.The extended chassis structure is sturdy and has strong off-road capabilities.
The LC extended track design has a larger contact area, making it less likely for the vehicle to skid or overturn when operating in muddy or sloped terrain. The thickened steel plates on the boom and arm provide enhanced strength and durability, ensuring the vehicle's robustness in situations involving collisions and debris.
4.The original factory has reserved a crushing pipeline, enabling multi-purpose use of the machine.
The factory standard configuration includes a crushing oil circuit, allowing for the direct installation of a 140-ton crushing hammer for crushing construction without the need for additional modification of the oil circuit. It can also be equipped with a grab bucket, meeting various engineering needs such as earth excavation, crushing and dismantling buildings, and material grasping.
