Doosan DX300LC-9C is a 30-ton main medium-large excavator. Equipped with its own developed DL08 six-cylinder engine and intelligent fuel-saving hydraulic system, it is the benchmark fuel-efficient model in the 30-ton category. It operates with agility and strength, has a solid structure, and is mainly used for small and medium-sized mines, earthwork and municipal projects. It has economical fuel consumption, convenient maintenance, and stable residual value for second-hand machines worldwide.
1.Self-developed with powerful engine, multi-level mode for fuel efficiency
Equipped with Doosan DL08 six-cylinder electronically fuel-injected engine, with a rated power of 159kW, providing sufficient power reserve. Even under heavy load and rock-breaking operations, it is not prone to lose speed or stall. Combined with the EPOS+SPC dual fuel-saving system, it allows for free switching between three power modes. The fuel consumption under the same working conditions is lower than that of competing products in the same category.
2.Imported high-end hydraulic system, with efficient compound actions
It adopts Kawasaki variable main pump + load sensing valve group, ensuring high system compatibility. The boom and slewing, as well as rotation, move quickly and the actions are smooth and continuous. The bucket has sufficient digging force, and the loading, crushing and recycling efficiency is outstanding, suitable for high-frequency continuous operations.
3.The fuselage structure has been reinforced, and the chassis is wear-resistant and durable.
The large and small arms are made of thick high-strength steel plates, and the key parts of the frame are strengthened with welding. The vehicle frame is less likely to crack or deform even when hit by stones. The widened tracks are combined with heavy-duty supporting wheels, making it easy to pass through muddy and gravelly terrains. The chassis components are more durable, extending their service life.
4.The original equipment comes with a standard crushing pipeline, enabling multi-purpose use.
The entire machine is factory-prepared with a crushing oil circuit, supporting large-flow combined output. It can be directly installed with a 155-ton crushing hammer to easily quarry and crush rocks. As needed, the grab bucket and digging bucket can be replaced to cover various engineering tasks such as earthwork excavation, mineral crushing, and material grasping.
