The modern HX220HD is the main model of 22-ton earthmoving excavators. It is equipped with original factory power and Kawasaki hydraulic system. The structure is reinforced, the fuel consumption is economical, and it can meet both heavy-load construction and daily maintenance requirements. It is highly versatile for infrastructure, earthwork, and crushing operations, and has excellent preservation value for second-hand export circulation.
1.Powerful, fuel-efficient and durable
Equipped with the 6BTAA-5.9 turbocharged engine, with a 110KW high power output and low-speed high torque, it has stable performance for earthwork and heavy load operations. The power control system is optimized, and the fuel consumption is better than that of similar models under the same conditions. It has good starting stability in hot and cold construction sites.
2.Original hydraulic system, smooth and efficient operation
Equipped with Kawasaki original factory main pump and main control valve, dual pumps with large flow rate for oil supply. The compound digging and rotation actions are seamless and without any lag. Adequate digging force, excellent 35° climbing slope performance, and outstanding loading and deep excavation operation efficiency.
3.The structure is thickened, and the chassis has a long service life.
The boom, bucket arm, and bucket are all reinforced with thickened steel plates, and the pin shafts are sealed to prevent dust and wear. The frame and track frame are highly-strength welded, providing protection against bumps and scratches in muddy and rocky construction sites. The overall machine has a low failure rate and a high residual value for second-hand units.
4.Maintenance is convenient, and the accessories have high cost-effectiveness.
The side door of the body can be fully opened, and the maintenance points are concentrated. The inspection and maintenance of engine oil and filters are time-saving and labor-saving. Modern accessories have a large global inventory, reducing the cost of maintenance and procurement, and resulting in lower long-term vehicle maintenance expenses.
