CAT336D2L is a 36-ton imported heavy-duty excavator equipped with the original C9 engine and Caterpillar self-developed hydraulic system. It is renowned for its powerful engine, excellent wear resistance in mines, high loading efficiency, low failure rate, top-notch second-hand value, and is suitable for quarrying and crushing rocks, large-scale earthwork, and heavy infrastructure projects. It is a popular second-hand medium-sized excavator model.
1.Original C9 power, strong performance even under heavy load, suitable for harsh oil conditions
Equipped with Caterpillar C9 ACERT original engine, with rated power of 208kW, it has high torque at low speed, providing sufficient power for crushing rocks and heavy-load vehicle loading. It comes with automatic idle speed control, automatically reducing speed when unloaded, and has strong oil compatibility, not prone to lose speed or stall at high altitudes or high temperatures.
2.Closed-loop regenerative hydraulic system, fast operation, high loading capacity of the vehicle
Dual pump confluence + boom and stick energy regeneration oil circuit, main pump flow rate 281L/min, smooth and coherent compound actions, quick rotation speed increase. Standard equipped with a 2.41m³ large-capacity bucket, large single loading volume, and the loading efficiency of earthwork vehicles of the same tonnage remains at the leading level.
3.The overall structure is thickened, making it highly durable and resistant to harsh environments in mining operations.
The X-shaped box-type main frame is combined with robot welding. The key parts of the boom and small arm are reinforced with thick steel plates, preventing cracking and deformation even when subjected to impact from rocks. The extended and widened chassis is paired with heavy-duty supporting wheels, ensuring sufficient weight distribution for the entire machine. This makes it highly stable for heavy-load lifting and operation on steep slopes.
4.Multi-channel backup hydraulic system, one machine for multiple uses, compatible with various attachments
Reserved high and medium pressure auxiliary hydraulic oil circuits, which can directly install impact hammers, wood-grabbing tools, and hydraulic shears, without the need for additional modification of the oil circuits. It is suitable for multiple working conditions in mining crushing and earthwork grabbing, significantly improving equipment utilization rate.
