SY35U is a 3.5-tonne tailless micro excavator. It is equipped with imported YAMAHA engine and load-sensing hydraulic system. It is characterized by a compact and flexible design, excellent fuel efficiency and durability, and versatility for various applications such as landscaping, municipal renovation, indoor demolition, and field excavation. It also has excellent second-hand value and market liquidity.
1.Tailless and narrow fuselage, excellent for navigating in small spaces
Pure tailless turning design, the turning does not exceed the tracks, the overall width is only 1720mm. It can be driven into narrow alleys, courtyards, and indoor construction sites. It has a self-driven arm side swing, allowing for operation close to walls and corners without the need to move the vehicle. This feature is particularly advantageous for the renovation of old residential areas.
2.Original Yanmar engine, stable power with low fuel consumption
Equipped with imported Yanmar 3TNV88 engine, the power output is smooth, and it is not prone to stalling in both high and low temperature conditions. The load-sensitive hydraulic demand-based oil supply ensures lower fuel consumption in the same category and more cost savings in long-term construction.
3.Hydraulic system is sensitive, and its digging force is superior to that of similar mini excavators.
It is equipped with an imported hydraulic system. The compound actions are smooth, and the control fine-tuning is precise. The efficiency of precise trench digging and edge trimming is three times higher than that of Group Three. The bucket digging force is 30.4 kN. The small body has sufficient power, and it can easily handle earthwork and light crushing.
4.The structure is thickened and wear-resistant, with a durable chassis and a low failure rate.
The boom and small arm are reinforced with high-strength steel plates, and the four wheels and one belt use reinforced materials. It is less likely to deform or be damaged on muddy and gravelly construction sites. The maintenance points are concentrated on the outer side of the machine body, and routine maintenance can be completed on the ground, saving time and money.
