SDLG 956L is a 19.8-ton star wheel loader of Linke. It is renowned for its powerful engine, stable loading performance, robust structure, fuel efficiency and easy maintenance. 1.Powerful performance, no chain breakage under heavy load
Equipped with Wuxiatai / Caterpillar 162kW engine, featuring high torque and low RPM, providing strong performance for digging, loading and climbing. The power matching is mature, the oil adaptability is good, and the continuous operation in the mine is stable without prone to overheating and stalling.
2.High efficiency in loading, fast operation
Rated load capacity 5 tons, standard bucket 3.0 cubic meters, maximum lifting force 180 kN. Multiple loads can be loaded at once and the cycle is fast. Large cylinder diameter hydraulic cylinders + optimized hydraulic system, lifting/steering is sensitive, loading efficiency is 10%-15% higher than that of similar models.
3.The structure is sturdy and the mine is durable.
The key structure has undergone finite element optimization. After 200,000 fatigue tests, it is made of high-strength steel plates and reinforced welds, which can withstand impact without deforming. The reinforced drive axle and swaying rear axle have strong load-bearing capacity, are stable on bumpy roads, and have a long-lasting wear-resistant lifespan of the chassis.
4.Energy-saving and fuel-efficient, with low operating costs.
Low-speed high-torque engine + efficient hydraulic torque converter, achieving an overall fuel saving of 10% - 20% SDLG. Multi-condition power adaptation, low idling loss, and significant savings in oil expenses for long-term earthwork/mining operations.
