The CAT330D2L is a 30-ton large hydraulic excavator from Caterpillar, with a bucket capacity of 1.54-1.57 cubic meters and a maximum digging depth of 7.29 meters. It is an ideal choice for heavy-duty working conditions such as mines and quarries.
1. Excellent fuel economy
Equipped with the Cat C7.1 ACERT engine with a rated power of 156kW, it can save 11% of fuel consumption through synchronous speed control, new fuel filtration system and built-in fuel-saving mode. The boom and bucket arm are made of steel with high tensile strength, which is durable.
4. Comfortable control experience
The cab is equipped with a new type of monitor, with the screen enlarged by 40% and the display resolution increased by four times. The air suspension seat can be adjusted in multiple ways. The guided control handle makes operation effortless, allowing the operator to maintain a natural wrist and arm posture. The cab is installed with a viscous rubber base, which has a remarkable effect on vibration reduction and noise reduction.
5. Convenient maintenance and care
Most maintenance points can be conveniently operated from the ground. The filter element replacement cycle has been extended to 500 hours, and the centralized design of lubrication points reduces maintenance time consumption. Equipped with the Cat intelligent communication system, it can monitor the health of the equipment in real time and reduce the downtime losses caused by sudden malfunctions. The annual maintenance cost is 20,000 to 30,000 yuan lower than that of competing products.
6. Versatility
Optional equipment such as hydraulic shears, grabs, soil breakers, and gravel crushers can be installed. The auxiliary hydraulic valve control enhances the multi-functionality.
