The Kubota U17 mini excavator is equipped with Kubota D722 or D902 series diesel engines, with a rated power of approximately 10.5 - 13.2 kW. It adopts high-pressure common rail fuel injection technology, providing smooth power output. It has sufficient power reserve in the 1.7-ton mini excavator category.
1.Zero-tail rotation design
This design adopts a tailless rotation or a very small tail swing. The tail rotation radius is extremely small, so there is no need to worry about colliding with obstacles when operating in narrow spaces. It is particularly suitable for situations with limited space such as interior decoration, landscaping, and municipal pipelines.
2. Fuel Economy
The measured combined fuel consumption is approximately 2.8 - 3.2 liters per hour, which is excellent in the same category of vehicles. Through the intelligent hydraulic system matching and ECO mode, it can save fuel by 10 - 15% compared to some competing products, resulting in significant savings on long-term fuel costs.
3. Operating Performance
Compared to the U10 series, the bucket digging force of the U17 model has increased by approximately 20-30%, and the boom digging force has increased by approximately 15-25%. It falls within the mid-to-upper range in the 1.7-ton micro excavator category. The standard bucket size is 0.05-0.08 cubic meters, providing a moderate digging volume per bucket, and the operational efficiency is balanced.
4. Multi-functional Adaptability
Standardly equipped with auxiliary hydraulic pipelines, it can quickly switch between hydraulic hammers, hydraulic shears, auger drills, wood-grabbing tools, etc., achieving multi-purpose use with one machine.
