The Kubota U15 mini excavator is equipped with the Kubota D902 series engine, with a rated power of approximately 11-13 kW. Compared to the U10 model, its power has increased by about 30%. It has sufficient power reserve in the 1.5-ton class and stronger heavy-load operation capability.
1.Excavation performance
The bucket excavation force is approximately 15-18 kN, and the boom excavation force is about 10-12 kN. Compared with 1-ton models, the operation efficiency has significantly improved, and the single bucket excavation volume is larger.

The tail swing radius is small, reducing the risk of collision when operating in narrow spaces. It is suitable for urban and landscaping applications where space is limited.
