The Kubota KX155 excavator is equipped with the Kubota V3800 series engine, which adopts high-pressure common rail fuel injection technology. The power output is smooth and there is sufficient power reserve under standard operating conditions. The engine and hydraulic system are optimally matched, resulting in high fuel efficiency.
1.Fuel Economy
Through technologies such as the intelligent hydraulic system and ECO mode, the overall fuel consumption performance is excellent. The measured fuel consumption is approximately 10-12 liters per hour (under standard conditions). Compared with 15-ton models in the same category, this model has a better fuel economy performance, and the long-term usage can result in significant savings on fuel costs.
2. Excavation Force Performance
The bucket excavation force is approximately 100-110 kN, and the boom excavation force is about 70-75 kN. This level of excavation force is considered medium to upper-level in 15-ton class excavators. The standard bucket size is 0.6-0.8 cubic meters, and the performance in terms of operation efficiency is balanced.
3. Hydraulic System
It adopts a load-sensing hydraulic system, which ensures good coordination of compound actions and high precision of micro-operation. The rotation speed is approximately 10-12 rpm, and the walking speed is adjustable. The operation cycle time is reasonable. Some users have reported that the actions are fast and powerful, and the speed on flat ground and the efficiency of excavation work are both excellent.
