The Komatsu PC300 excavator, with its features of high efficiency, energy conservation, strong reliability, comfort and intelligence, is widely used in mining, earthwork, infrastructure construction and other working conditions. It is a benchmark product in the 30-ton excavator market.
1. Excellent fuel economy
The PC300 series is equipped with Komatsu SAA6D114E series engines and electronic control high-pressure common rail fuel injection technology. It features high fuel injection pressure, excellent atomization effect, complete combustion and significantly improved fuel efficiency. The PC300-8M0 has reduced fuel consumption by approximately 7% compared to its predecessor, and the PC300-8M1 has decreased fuel consumption by about 11% compared to its predecessor.
2. Strong operational performance
The maximum digging force of the bucket can reach 227-231kN, the maximum digging force of the bucket rod can reach 171-189kN, and the maximum digging depth is 7380mm. It adopts Komatsu's unique CLSS closed center load sensing hydraulic system, which features good compound operability, precise movement, and the excavation force is not affected by the size of the load. The PC300-8M0 is equipped with a 2.0m³ large-capacity bucket, and its operational efficiency is approximately 15% higher than that of the original 30-ton model.
3. High reliability and durability
The key structural components such as the working device, chassis and turntable are all made of high-strength steel and reinforced. The boom adopts a large cross-section design, the bucket rod is added with large reinforcing ribs, and the bucket is made of high wear-resistant materials. The tracks adopt a sealed and lubricated design, the track links are supported, and the track plates are thickened and strengthened, significantly extending the service life.
4. Comfortable control experience
The cab adopts a tubular cross-section structure frame, which has a very high shock absorption capacity and is standard-equipped with safety devices such as safety belts and emergency escape hammers. It is equipped with a suspended seat that can be adjusted for reclining, sliding up and down, as well as height and tilt. The cab adopts a pressurized sealed design, effectively preventing dust from entering and providing excellent noise isolation.
5. Convenient maintenance and care
The engine oil replacement cycle is 500 hours, the hydraulic oil replacement cycle is 5,000 hours, and the hydraulic oil filter element replacement cycle is 1,000 hours. The internal and external air conditioning filters can be easily disassembled and assembled. The fuel pre-filter has the function of oil-water separation, with a large water storage capacity and strong water separation ability. The radiator is installed side by side with the oil cooler, making it easy to clean and maintain.
