The Kobelco SK210D excavator has a rated power of approximately 117-118 kW. It adopts a high-pressure common rail fuel injection technology, ensuring sufficient power reserve and prompt response under heavy-load conditions. The engine and hydraulic system are optimally matched, resulting in high fuel efficiency.
1.Fuel Economy
With the intelligent hydraulic system and power optimization management technology, the fuel consumption is reduced by approximately 8-10% compared to the previous model. Under standard operating conditions, the overall fuel consumption performance is excellent. Some users have reported that the hourly fuel consumption is 2-3 liters lower than that of competing products in the same category. Long-term use results in significant savings in fuel costs. The ECO mode can automatically adjust the power output according to the working conditions.
2. Excavation Force Performance
The bucket excavation force is approximately 157 kN, and the boom excavation force is about 110 kN. These figures place it at a medium to upper level among 21-ton class excavators. The standard bucket size is 1.0 - 1.2 cubic meters, providing a moderate excavation volume and a balanced performance in terms of operational efficiency.
3. Hydraulic System
It adopts a load-sensing hydraulic system, which ensures good coordination of compound actions and high precision of micro-operation. The rotation speed is approximately 10 rpm, and the walking speed can be adjusted in three gears (5.6/3.3 km/h). The operation cycle time is reasonable. Some users have reported that the actions are fast and the force is sufficient. Compared with the previous generation, the speed on flat ground and the efficiency of excavation operations have improved by more than 10%.
4. Maintenance Convenience
The daily maintenance points are centrally arranged. Most maintenance tasks can be completed while standing on the ground, and there is sufficient space for replacing maintenance components. Long-life oils and filters are used, resulting in a relatively long maintenance cycle and better control of maintenance costs.
