The Kobelco SK135 excavator is equipped with an ISUZ engine, with a rated power of approximately 85-90 kW. It adopts a high-pressure common rail fuel injection technology, providing ample power reserves and relatively low fuel consumption. In the 13-ton class of similar models, its fuel economy performance is quite good, and the long-term usage can result in significant cost savings on fuel expenses.
1. Operating performance
The bucket digging force is approximately 110-120 kN, and the boom digging force is approximately 80-85 kN. The standard bucket size is 0.5-0.6 m³, and the operational efficiency is balanced. It adopts a load-sensing hydraulic system, with good coordination of compound actions, high precision of micro-operation, a rotation speed of approximately 10 rpm, and a reasonable operation cycle time.
2. Structural Reliability
The boom and bucket arm are made of high-strength steel, and the key hinge points are supported by forged parts. The working device has a design service life of over 10,000 hours. The frame structure has been optimized, and the overall structural strength meets the operational requirements of a 13-ton excavator. It exhibits stable durability in general earthwork and construction conditions.
3. Operational Comfort
The cab is designed with ROPS/FOPS certification, featuring standard configurations such as air conditioning, shock-absorbing seats, and multi-functional handles. The view is wide, and the operation handles are controlled by a pre-control system, resulting in relatively light operating force and lower fatigue levels during long-term operations.
4. Facilitated Maintenance
The maintenance points are centrally arranged. Most maintenance tasks can be completed while standing on the ground, and there is sufficient space for replacing maintenance components. Long-life oils and filters are used, resulting in a relatively long maintenance cycle and better control of maintenance costs.
