The Kobelco SK210LC excavator adopts high-pressure common rail fuel injection technology, which ensures sufficient power reserve and quick response under heavy-load conditions. The engine and hydraulic system are optimally matched, resulting in high fuel efficiency.
1.Fuel Economy
With the intelligent hydraulic system and power optimization management technology, the fuel consumption is reduced by approximately 8-10% compared to the previous model. Under standard operating conditions, the overall fuel consumption performance is excellent. Some users have reported that the hourly fuel consumption is 2-4 liters lower than that of competitors in the same category, resulting in significant savings in long-term usage.
2. Excavation Force Performance
The bucket excavation force is approximately 143-157 kN, and the bucket arm excavation force is about 102-157 kN. This level of excavation force is considered medium to upper-level in 21-ton class excavators. The standard bucket size is 1.0-1.1 cubic meters, providing a moderate digging volume and balanced operational efficiency.
3. Hydraulic System
It adopts a load-sensing hydraulic system or CLSS system, which ensures good coordination of compound actions and high precision of micro-operation. The rotation speed is approximately 12.5 - 13.3 rpm. The walking speed can be adjusted in three gears (6.0/3.6 km/h), and the operation cycle time is reasonable.
4. Maintenance Convenience
The daily maintenance points are centrally arranged. Most maintenance tasks can be completed while standing on the ground, and there is sufficient space for replacing maintenance components. Long-life oils and filters are used, resulting in a relatively long maintenance cycle and better control of maintenance costs.
