The SK350 excavator of Shingen is equipped with engines from Isuzu or Nihon Denki. It adopts high-pressure common rail fuel injection technology, ensuring ample power supply and quick response under heavy-load conditions. The engine and hydraulic system are optimally matched, resulting in high fuel efficiency.
1.Fuel Economy
With the intelligent hydraulic system and power optimization management technology, the fuel consumption is reduced by approximately 8-10% compared to the previous model. Under standard operating conditions, the overall fuel consumption performance is excellent. Some users have reported that the hourly fuel consumption is 2-4 liters lower than that of similar competing products. Long-term use results in significant savings in fuel costs. The ECO mode can automatically adjust the power output according to the working conditions.
2. Operating Performance
The digging force of the bucket is approximately 222-229 kN, and the digging force of the boom is about 165 kN. It falls within the mid-to-upper range in terms of performance among 35-ton excavators. The standard bucket size is 1.6-1.9 cubic meters, which allows for large single-bucket excavation volume and a balanced operational efficiency.
3. Hydraulic System
It adopts a load-sensing hydraulic system or CLSS system, which ensures good coordination of compound actions and high precision of micro-operation. The rotation speed is approximately 10 rpm. The walking speed can be adjusted in three gears (5.6/3.3 km/h), and the operation cycle time is reasonable.
