The SK260 excavator of Shingen is equipped with either the Isuzu 4HK1X engine or the engine developed by Shingen itself. Its rated power is approximately 140-150 kW. It adopts the high-pressure common rail fuel injection technology and has a maximum torque of about 700 N·m. The engine and the hydraulic system are optimally matched, ensuring timely response and sufficient power reserve under heavy-load conditions.
1.Fuel Economy
With the intelligent hydraulic system and power optimization management technology, the fuel consumption is reduced by approximately 8-10% compared to the previous model. Under standard operating conditions, the overall fuel consumption performance is excellent. Some users have reported that the hourly fuel consumption is 2-4 liters lower than that of competitors in the same category, resulting in significant savings in long-term usage.
2. Operating Performance
The digging force of the bucket is approximately 180-190 kN, and the digging force of the boom is about 130-140 kN. It falls within the mid-to-upper range in terms of performance among 26-ton class excavators. The standard bucket size is 1.2-1.4 cubic meters, providing a moderate digging capacity and a balanced operational efficiency.
3. Hydraulic System
It adopts a load-sensing hydraulic system, which ensures good coordination of compound actions and high precision of micro-operation. The rotation speed is approximately 10 rpm. The walking speed can be adjusted in three gears. The operation cycle time is reasonable, and the overall operation efficiency is competitive among the same level.
4. Structural Reliability
The boom and bucket arm are made of high-strength steel, and the key hinge points are supported by forged parts. The working device has a design service life of over 10,000 hours. The frame structure has been optimized, and the overall structural strength meets the operational requirements of a 26-ton excavator.
