The Shibuya SY55C excavator is equipped with a五十铃 4JG1 or Kubota V2607 engine (rated power 36kW/2100rpm)， featuring turbocharging technology. 1.Fuel Economy
With the DOMCS dynamic optimization intelligent matching control system and the load-sensitive hydraulic system, compared to the previous generation model, fuel consumption has been reduced by approximately 8-10%. Under standard operating conditions, the overall fuel consumption performance is excellent. Some users have reported that the hourly fuel consumption is 2-3 liters lower than that of competing products in the same category. The long-term cost savings in fuel expenses are significant.
2. Operating Performance
The bucket digging force is 45kN, and the boom digging force is 33kN. It falls within the mid-to-upper range in terms of digging performance among 5.5-ton class excavators. The standard bucket size is 0.23m³ (with options of 0.1-0.28m³). The rotation speed is about 10.3 rpm, the walking speed is 4.0/2.5 km/h, and the operation cycle time is reasonable. The overall operation efficiency is competitive among the same level. Some users have reported that the operation is fast and powerful, and the speed on flat ground and the efficiency of excavation operations have improved by more than 10% compared to the previous generation.
4. Economic Performance
Compared with imported brands of the same category, the purchase cost is relatively reasonable.
