The Sany SY200C excavator (approximately 20-ton class) is equipped with a Mitsubishi Fuso 4M50 engine, with a rated power of 118kW. It has a large torque and fast dynamic response, meeting the Euro IV emission standards. It adopts EGR + DOC + DPF technology, combined with AOCT self-optimizing control, advanced hydraulic system and LMS multi-body dynamics optimization system, reducing fuel consumption by more than 10% compared to the previous generation product.
1.Economic performance
Under the same operating conditions, the fuel consumption per hour is 4-5 liters lower than that of some competing products. Over the long term, significant savings in fuel costs can be achieved.
2. Hydraulic System
It adopts well-known brand electronic control main valve and piston pump. The displacement of the piston pump has been increased to 135cc. Combined with the re-generation of the bucket and the rapid return oil technology, the coordination of the compound action is excellent, and the operation is smooth.
3. Key Structures
The equipment adopts mining-type structural components. The key parts such as the boom, bucket arm, and chassis have been strengthened for design, ensuring high reliability of the entire machine.
4. Adaptive Optimization
Equipped with a mine-level filtration system, the oil adaptability is significantly enhanced; the heat dissipation capacity of the hydraulic system has been improved, and wear-resistant coatings have been added to the fuel injection pump and injector, enabling it to adapt to complex domestic oils.
