The Sany SY205H excavator (20.5-ton class) is equipped with an Isuzu 4HK1 or similar engine. It adopts electro-hydraulic high-pressure common rail technology and is combined with Sany's intelligent control system. It can automatically adjust power output according to the load. Under standard operating conditions, the fuel consumption is approximately 20-25 liters per hour. Compared to some models in the same class, it can save 5-8% of fuel.
1. Outstanding work efficiency
• Excavation performance: The bucket excavation force is 145kN, which is at a medium to upper level among 20-ton class excavators. Combined with a 1.0m³ standard bucket, the single-bucket excavation volume is moderate.
• Action coordination: Utilizing a load-sensing hydraulic system, the coordination of compound actions is good, and the precision of micro-operation is relatively high.
• Operation cycle time: The rotation speed is approximately 11 rpm, the walking speed is 5.5 km/h, and the operation cycle time is reasonable.
2. Strong structural reliability
• Key structures: The boom and bucket arm are made of high-strength steel, and the key hinge points are supported by forged parts. The working device has a design service life of 8,000 - 10,000 hours.
• Frame design: The X-shaped box-section frame has strong torsional resistance, and the structure of the crawler support wheel frame has been optimized.
• Durability performance: Under general earthwork and municipal engineering conditions, the structural reliability performance is stable.
3. High operational comfort
• Cab configuration: Standard features include air conditioning, shock-absorbing seats, and a multi-functional handle. The handle is controlled by a pre-control system, providing a relatively light operating force.
• Vision design: The front window area is relatively large, and a rearview camera is standard (some configurations available). The operational safety is good.
• Intelligent system: Standard equipped with an electronic monitoring system, which can monitor the equipment status in real time.

• Ancillary equipment: Standardly equipped with auxiliary hydraulic pipelines, allowing for quick switching between hydraulic hammers, hydraulic shears, wood-grabbing tools, etc.
