The Sany SY305H excavator is equipped with a五十铃 6HK1 engine (with a rated power of approximately 180 kW). It adopts electro-hydraulic high-pressure common rail technology and is combined with Sany's DOMCS intelligent control system. It can automatically adjust the power output according to the load. The engine has sufficient reserve power and responds promptly under heavy-load conditions. It also performs well in adapting to high-altitude environments.
1.Fuel Economy
Through technologies such as intelligent power management and positive-flow hydraulic system, fuel consumption is optimized. Compared with some models in the same category, the overall fuel consumption is relatively lower. Under standard operating conditions, the fuel consumption per hour can be controlled within the range of 30-35 liters, resulting in significant savings in fuel costs over the long term.
2. Excavation Force Performance
The bucket excavation force is approximately 210 kN, and the boom excavation force is approximately 180 kN. These figures place it at a medium to upper level among 30-ton class excavators. The standard bucket size is 1.6 cubic meters (with options of 1.4-1.8 cubic meters), providing a moderate single-bucket excavation volume. Combined with an optimized hydraulic system, it exhibits balanced performance in terms of operational efficiency in earthwork, mining, and other conditions.
3.Kinematic Coordination
The system adopts a positive-flow hydraulic system. The main pump has a displacement of approximately 180cc, resulting in good coordination of multiple actions and high precision in micro-operation. The rotation speed is approximately 9.5 rpm, the walking speed is 5.5 km/h, and the operation cycle time is reasonable. The overall operation efficiency is competitive among the same level.
4. Mine Adaptability
For heavy-duty conditions, the four-wheel and one-axle configuration (including the track plate and supporting wheels) adopts an enhanced design, and the slewing bearings are equipped with a 30-ton configuration. Under general mining and earthwork conditions, the durability performance is stable.
