The Sany SY415H excavator is equipped with a Cummins QSL9 or Isuzu 6UZ1 engine, which utilizes electro-hydraulic high-pressure common rail technology. It is also integrated with Sany's own "DOMCS" engine-pump-valve integrated dynamic optimization intelligent control system. This system can automatically adjust the power output according to the load. Under standard working conditions, it can save approximately 4 liters of fuel per hour compared to the previous model.
1. Work efficiency
The hydraulic system adopts a Kawasaki 200cc main pump in combination with a large-diameter main valve. The displacement of the main pump has been upgraded from 160cc to 200cc, resulting in high flow distribution efficiency and good coordination of compound actions. The standard configuration includes a 2.2m³ large-capacity bucket (rock bucket), which can increase the work efficiency by approximately 10% compared to some models in the same category. The shape and hinge structure of the bucket have been optimized for mining conditions, reducing the resistance during excavation and increasing the excavation speed.
2. Structural Reliability
The key structural components (boom, bucket arm, chassis) are made of high-strength steel, and the critical parts are reinforced with forgings. The boom is designed in a three-section structure, and the bucket arm is optimized through hinge points. The working device has a design life exceeding 10,000 hours (some configurations can reach 15,000 hours). The central section of the track frame is increased by 16%, and the standard configuration includes a mining-type four-wheel-and-one-track (track plate, supporting wheels, etc.). The tracks have been upgraded from MH to MI level, and the walking system is more reliable. The X-shaped box-section chassis has strong torsional resistance, and the overall structure has been strengthened for heavy-duty mining conditions.
3. Operational Comfort
The cab adopts the C12 design (for some configurations), with a widened space of 25mm and an increased glass area of 10%. The field of vision is very wide. Standard configurations include an air-suspended seat (at comfort level A), a 10-inch touch screen, a multi-function key panel, a rearview camera, and an automatic air conditioning system. The operational comfort is quite good. An intelligent power management system is adopted, which can monitor the equipment status in real time. Some configurations are equipped with an intelligent construction management system, making equipment management more convenient.
4. Maintenance Convenience
The daily maintenance points are centrally arranged, and most can be inspected while standing on the ground. For the harsh working conditions in mines, convenient maintenance designs have been implemented, such as increasing the operation space for replacing maintenance parts, using long-life engine oil and filters, etc. Some users have reported that the maintenance costs can be reduced by approximately 50%. The standard configuration includes auxiliary hydraulic pipelines, which can quickly switch between hydraulic hammers, hydraulic shears and other auxiliary machinery.
