The Komatsu PC20MR excavator has a total working weight of approximately 2 tons. The width of its tracks can be adjusted, and the minimum width is only about 0.99 meters. It can pass through narrow passages, indoor spaces, elevators and other restricted areas. The track-based walking system has a low ground contact pressure, causing minimal damage to the ground, and is particularly suitable for work conditions in spaces with limited access such as interior decoration, landscaping, and municipal pipelines.

Equipped with Komatsu SAA4D95LE-5 or engines of the same level (approximately 15-18 kW), the power configuration is reasonable in micro excavators. Utilizing electronic high-pressure common rail technology and in conjunction with Komatsu CLSS hydraulic system, it can automatically adjust power output according to the load. The overall weight is light, the power is small, and the comprehensive fuel consumption is extremely low, with excellent operational cost control.
2. Work flexibility
The bucket's digging force is approximately 15-20 kN. Combined with a standard bucket size of 0.04-0.08 cubic meters, the single bucket's excavation volume is moderate. The hydraulic system adopts load-sensing technology, ensuring good coordination of compound actions and high precision in micro-operation. Standard auxiliary hydraulic pipelines (optional configurations available) allow for quick switching between hydraulic hammers, hydraulic shears, spiral drills, and other auxiliary equipment. This makes it highly versatile in indoor demolition, pipeline laying, and landscaping operations.
3. Operational Comfort
The cab is designed in an open or closed style (depending on the configuration), and the control levers are of pilot-operated type, with relatively light operating force. The overall size of the machine is small, and the field of vision is relatively wide, ensuring better safety when operating in narrow spaces. Some configurations are standardly equipped with rearview cameras, reversing alarms, and other safety devices.
4. Maintenance Convenience
The daily maintenance points are centrally arranged, and most can be inspected while standing on the ground. Compared to imported mini excavators of the same level, the purchase cost is relatively reasonable. The Solectra after-sales service network covers a relatively wide area, and the supply of spare parts is relatively sufficient. The maintenance cost of mini excavators is relatively low, and the long-term usage cost is competitive among similar products.
